Fraîche is a french word that means ”Fresh”, Currently we have the pleasure of serving customers at 3 locations all over France.

We are passionate about creating the best tasting pastries, breads, desserts and coffee. Serving only the freshest food for our beloved customers.

As our hand-crafted ovens warm up, we mix the highest quality ingredients into our dough and we begin the process of crafting each individual item. Our motivated and passionate team of bakers and chefs roll and cut every pastry and bread by hand.  As we begin baking each tray of dough the fresh aroma of butter, fruit, and dough fills our bakery.
